Eco-friendly practices, a focus on the environment and incorporating nature into daily life, are helping Al Mouj Muscat realise its vision of becoming a wholly sustainable community. The first in Oman to achieve BREEAM status for building design, and where our golf course is one of only 20 worldwide to achieve GEO and Audubon certification, our investment in resources is reaping rewards. 173 sqm of lakes and waterways, over 3,000 trees planted, 173 bird species spotted, and the installation of a 40,000sqm artificial reef boosting fish species, combine to reduce carbon emissions, support marine tourism and provide a healthier lifestyle for all.
