We have built a true sense of community and are powering employment and training opportunities for our people whilst supporting Omani skills and culture.  So far, Al Mouj has created 2,200 permanent jobs, rising to 5,500 on project completion, 71% of employees are Omani and 40% of leadership positions held by women. As well, we are connected to 150 SMEs who benefit from our trading platforms, access to 3.9 million annual visitors and 8,000 residents.
