Harwa Al Lawati
Head of Customer Experience at Al Mouj Muscat
As all economies and communities benefit from diverse job creation, Al Mouj is committed to boosting employment, along with Omanisation. Its impact on both counts is significant. Currently, it has created over 2,200 jobs and is on track to secure permanent roles for 5,500 on project completion.
Its determination to support the Sultanate’s Omanisation targets is clear as 75% of its employees are Omani, significantly higher than 45% mandated for the real estate sector. With 40% of leadership positions filled by women, it also has an ongoing training programme designed to upgrade the skills and capacities of its Omani workforce. As it invests in future leaders, its impact will continue to benefit the nation.
Harwa Al Lawati, Head of Customer Experience at Al Mouj Muscat, says: “Al Mouj Muscat is committed to our national interests at every level. We promised not only create jobs but also opportunities for employees to develop their abilities.
“We have incredibly talented individuals working across highly diverse roles and our management systems support us to measure and improve performance. It is a holistic approach to creating efficiencies and opportunities to advance that will continue to have an impact far beyond our own organisation.
“We can be confident this generation will go on to use their impressive skills to lead organisation and champion future prosperity for Oman.”
